Chef David was born in New Westminster and has been working in local kitchens for over 25 years.
Whether a five-course dinner for 600 people or an intimate experience he strives to utilize local sustainable product showing off the best of the West Coast.
Chef David has been the Executive Chef for the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown for over 3 years. He dishes up innovative, unpretentious fare with a local focus. With an expansive at-home garden and as an avid fly fisherman, Chef has a commitment to sustainable sourcing and a deep respect for ingredients.
Having worked with many talented chefs he leads those coming up with his belief of "the freshest ingredients, simply prepared with perfect execution"
Naveed Siddique - RESTAURANT MANAGER
A leader in the hospitality industry for over eight years, Naveed's diverse background in customer service and management roles has spanned experience in front of house, administration, recruitment, and food and beverage management.
Before joining Hilton, Naveed was the Assistant General Manager at Prospect Point, a Capilano Group Property where he supported the senior management team through Food and beverage operations, recruitment, employee training & supervision and more.
In his hometown of Perth, Australia he led the Food & Beverage team at ibis Perth, an Accor Hotel. There, Naveed led his team through large scale conferences and events, managed the day-to-day functions of the team, completed end of services reports for management, and contributed to their high performing customer service standards.
Naveed’s sense of adventure and passion for travel brings his commitment and desire to provide the ultimate customer experience is marked through his training skills and leadership.
